Lieutenant Colonel (retired) Davy Fairweather and his wife. He served with the Seaforths in World War II and was Commanding Officer of the Regiment twice post-war. He was my firsdt CO in the Seaforths. LCol Al Baylis, another CO of mine is behind them looking to the viewer’s right.
