DEVASTATED HALIFAX Published by Gerald E. Wier. 1917. "Views of the Greatest Disaster in the history of the American Contenent caused by the explosion that followed the collision of the French Munition Ship 'Mont Blanc' and the Belgian Relief Ship "Imo" in Halifax Harbour. December 6th 1917. " 32 pages of photo published immediately after the explosion. These are uncesnsored and there are photos of bodies etc. that will not appear in modern books. My Latin teacher, Vaila Mowat (married name) survived this explosion. I lived in Dartmouth as a teenager so this was a meaningful disaster. I found this copy in California. This is a RARE BOOKLET and on Abe Books it is listed for $974 CAD signed by a famous author, $260 CAD and $175 CAD. My price is $150 CAD
